Amethyst Brooke

Some of my favorite pastimes include reading, hiking, sketching, and knitting. Although writing is not my forte, it’s been fun giving it a try. Most of my ideas come to me while out in nature, and I appreciate having this forum for sharing my new hobby.

Charles Davidson

When I’m not working, I enjoy reading, baking, studying apologetics, watching birds, hiking, and woodworking. Some of my favorite authors are Tolkien, Lewis, and Avi. I also like the humor and rhythm of limericks by Lear.

Marlena Desbois

I am fond of many things, but art, languages, and history are most dear to me. I love understanding the origin of words and enjoy frequenting second-hand shops, used bookstores, and coffee shops in my spare time.

Bobby Emberson

When I’m not riding my bike or playing guitar, I enjoy reading books about survival and adventure. I have a 5-yr old dog who is always ready for a walk, run, or swim. He keeps me busy!

Abigail Greyson

I love spending time outside and being creative. There is so much beauty in the world if you take time to look for it. I can’t imagine ever being bored with all that there is to explore and contemplate about God and his world.

S. E. Schall

I’m a homeschooled junior, who has always enjoyed creative writing. I thought it would be fun to start a digital literary magazine where I could share some of my works. And I hoped that in the process I’d find other writers who would join me in this venture. Piano performance, music composition, sketching, reading, learning new instruments, and playing board games are my other favorite pastimes. I live in CT with my parents, brother, dog, and cat.

Lyla Tortora

I am thirteen years old and live in Watertown, Connecticut with my parents, three sisters, one dog, five chickens and one hamster. I love to be with animals, in nature, and on horseback. When I’m not with animals, you’ll find me on stage acting or singing. I would say my favorite books are Harry Potter, The Hobbit, Watership Down, Bright Valley of Love and so much more! I was so excited when I heard I could put my stories in a magazine; I have been writing books since kindergarten and have never published them!
